Cancellation

For customers in EU countries with legal protection under distance selling regulations, it is possible to cancel an order within 6 hours of purchase, provided SAX35TH is informed in writing within this time frame. Contact SAX35TH Customer Service via email: info@sax35th.com. Please note that if the order has already been picked up by the courier, cancellation is not possible. We strive to ship products as soon as possible, so we appreciate your understanding. In this case, you will need to initiate a return.

In the case of orders canceled under this right, the full amount, including the shipping cost incurred when placing the order, is refunded. Refunds are processed within 14 days from cancellation.

Return

For customers within EU countries protected by distance selling regulations, returns on online purchases are allowed within 14 days of receiving the order, with no charge for EU members. However, customers outside the EU are kindly asked to cover return shipping expenses.

To initiate a return, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Prepare the return documents: You'll find a return shipping label, delivery documents, and a return form included with your order. Complete the necessary details on the return form, including your bank account number if required for the refund.

  2. Pack your items: Place the items you wish to return in the box, along with the completed return documents. Seal the box securely using tape or a SAX35TH sticker, and attach the return shipping label.

  3. Drop off your package: Take your package to the nearest DHL pick-up point for return.

For customers outside the EU, return labels are not provided. In this case, returns can be sent using any carrier at your own expense. Please ensure you retain proof of delivery in case of any issues.

Please note that payment refunds are processed within 14 days of our store receiving the return parcel. However, refunds may be declined if the returned products do not meet the required conditions, including being in their original packaging, with all labels and tags attached, unused, and undamaged. Customers may be charged for return shipment costs in such cases.

To request a return, customers must include a completed statement of withdrawal from the distance contract in the returned package. This form is included with your order and can also be downloaded from our website. Ensure you provide the necessary details, including your account number, order number, and billing information.

While Sax35th covers transportation costs for returns within EU countries, shipping costs for returns from outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that failure to collect the package does not constitute withdrawal from the purchase without reason, and Sax35th reserves the right to refuse product reshipment or change the delivery method.

Refunds are typically issued within 14 days of receiving the returned products at our warehouse. You'll receive a notification once we've received your shipment, and refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase, or to the bank account provided on the withdrawal form.

Exchange

There is an option to exchange purchased goods without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment. The basis for initiating a return is the customer sending a completed exchange form. This form is available to download here (return form link). With the return of the exchanged goods, please also return the invoice or provide order number for identification. 

Exchanges are free for EU country members. For customers outside the EU, are kindly asked to cover return shipping expenses. 

The refund will be credited to your store account as store credit, which you can then use to purchase a different size of the same product or to buy a different product altogether.
